The formats and when to use each
- PowerPoint (PPTX): when you want to edit or present the deck in PowerPoint. Text and shapes are real and editable, and fonts you uploaded are embedded in the file.
- PDF: for sharing, printing, and email, one slide per page.
- PNG: a full-resolution image of every slide in a zip file, ready to post on social media.
- HTML: a standalone page that shows the deck in any browser.
